Big Bore Meeting | #2 | ||
|
Evites have been sent out based on the very best list that RMVR and I could come up with.
It's Wed, 6/17, 6pm at the 3R Racing shop. If you did not receive one please don't be P. O...it was not intentional and we are sorry. Just come with your ideas and an open mind to 3R. Hope to see you there. Scott - |

I would ask those entrants interested in the Big Bore Eligibility expansion question, to spend some time examining the SVRA Group 6 and Group 10
rules/eligibility. Maybe it is time to consider taking a step toward aligning our Big Bore rules/eligibility with another national club in the hopes of
beginning some type of uniformity amoung these two clubs. HSR uses simular classes identified differently. The members of those two clubs are able to comply
to both clubs rules. Trying to draw entrants from other clubs for some events maybe easier if RMVR adopts rules that are accepted by two major clubs. Because
it has been identified by the RMVR Broad as a possible time to expand eligibility for some groups, I am hopeful that this may give the Big Bore group a sense
of direction.
Please come the meeting at 3R on Wednesday evening and bring ideas. Bruce Smith |

Thanks to all who attended or sent in comments to the moderator. As in the distant past this group has taken the challenge and has come forward with a
proposal. The group is hopefull that the RMVR Broad will adopt what this group see's as the future for Big Bore entries. Again, thanks!
Bruce Smith PS For those not in attendance, the propsal is for 1981 SCCA / IMSA and older preperation with one exception NO TUBE FRAME CARS. |
